This loft duplex apartment has ground-floor entrance and an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. There is a spacious deck in the back where you are free to BBQ and enjoy the amazing New York Skyline view! The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen that is connected by a flow-thru living room.
The first floor consists of a spacious living room and kitchen as well as a sizable table to enjoy dinner with the family. In the living room, you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the New York skyline with deck access.
Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms with windows facing the amazing NYC skyline. Each bedroom has its own closets and storage needs. Included in all the bedrooms are very comfortable Posturepedic full or queen size beds. We can provide air mattresses for extra guests if needed. Please feel free to ask to have the air mattresses set up in advance, as we would be happy to do this for our guests.
The two larger rooms have a private entrance to the back garden where you can see the skyline and plenty of space for the kids to play in the back garden facing NYC!

Included in all the rooms are very comfortable Posturepedic full size beds with additional options guest air bed full, twin size & queen mattresses options for each room.

We include all kitchen utensils, knives, plates, forks, cups, glasses, dishwasher, dishwasher, washing machine, soap, hand soap, basic condiments, salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, mate coffee, dry milk powder as a courtesy We leave a box full of water inside the refrigerator, also included in all bathrooms. conditioner shampoo toilet paper toothpaste two towels per person and one small hand towel per person for any additional needs, please call at a reasonable time to restock the above items.

Please excuse the front of the building right now as there is some construction going on with our neighbor and we are also re-doing the private parking lot and face of the building soon!!!
Full access to the entire apartment. The deck in the rear is a shared space.
Note:
The exterior construction is being performed during normal working hours. The building is made from brick and concrete the noise from the exterior work during the day cannot be heard.
