This loft duplex apartment has ground floor entrance and an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen as a flow thru living.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a very cozy feel, in the front of the room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the skyline view, at the rear of the room is a full private bathroom.
Downstairs the other two rooms consist of built in closets including windows that also face the NYC view!!
Included in all the bedrooms are very comfortable Posturepedic full or queen size beds. We can provide air mattresses for extra guests if needed.
The larger of the two rooms have a private entrance to the back garden that has the skyline view and plenty of area for the kids to play!!!

Exterior construction is done during normal business hours. The building is made of brick and concrete, you don’t hear the noise from the exterior construction during the day.
