This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms w/ common bathroom including the master bedroom with a private bathroom. My father Ron and myself built and designed this building in 2006 is a solid brick and concrete 4 story structure with three apartments.

The apartments consist of three large bedrooms and a covered deck front and rear of the building.
The kitchen consists of a double door stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, Dishwasher, central air, humidifier, high-speed Wi-Fi Business fiber optic’s communication, and HD TV available in every room!!!
First bedroom as a custom built in closet with draws built in and a double bed including an office desk and dresser.
The second bedroom consists of a built-in wall closet with a double bed, computer desk, smart HDTV!!!
The third bedroom the master bedroom is a beautifully decorated, queen size bed with its own private bathroom & exterior deck!!!
We supply air mattresses if necessary to accommodate additional guests. Please inquire.
24hr surveillance of the parking lot and back deck area.
Included in all the rooms are very comfortable Posturepedic full size beds with additional options guest air bed full, twin size & queen mattresses options for each room.

Please confirm with us Prior to your arrival as we have instant book set on our apartments we will do our best to accommodate you for early check-in however if somebody does book with us you can leave your bags in our office and normal check and will be at 5 PM.

Private Parking is available $20 per night per vehicle, this must be reserved and we have limited spots or free street residential parking pass is available upon request, street parking is not guaranteed, you need to drive around and find a spot with in 4 blocks of the unit. No guaranteed parking for instant bookings, the parking may have been rented already.
