This loft duplex apartment has ground floor entrance and an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen with an open concept design.
Up stairs one bedroom with a very cozy feel, in the front of the room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the skyline view. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. The bedroom consists of a full-size Posturepedic mattress and also includes very comfortable full-size or twin size air mattress.
Down stairs the other three rooms consist of built in closets including windows that also face the NYC view, except for one room with no window!!The bedrooms consist of a full-size and Queen Posturepedic mattress and also includes very comfortable full-size or twin size air mattress.
24hr surveillance of the parking lot and back deck area.
We have recently upgraded the bedrooms with
